Refund & Return Policy

  • Our Commitment: Due to the nature of our performance supplements, we do not offer general refunds once an order has left our facility.

  • Quality Exceptions: Refunds or replacements are granted if there is a verifiable error in your shipment or proof that the product’s purity does not meet our guaranteed specifications.

  • Return Conditions: Approved refunds are issued after items are returned at the buyer’s expense.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package, contact us immediately. Once verified, we will dispatch the missing product to you right away.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during transit, we will send a replacement based on the courier’s official tracking criteria.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at support@biofirmus.com.

  • Stolen Packages: Biofirmus is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after tracking confirms successful delivery.

Address Errors & Redelivery

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your postal information is correct. If an order is returned due to insufficient address details or failure to collect it from the post office, a redelivery fee may apply.

  • Third-Party Handling: While we strive for prompt delivery, all shipments are handled by third-party couriers and are subject to their specific terms and service levels.

International Orders (Customs)

  • Seized Shipments: If a shipment is seized by customs, we offer a one-time free reshipment. If seized again, we provide store credit or a further reshipment but cannot offer a cash refund.

  • Customs Fees: Import taxes, duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Biofirmus.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs offices.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Modifications: Email us immediately if you need to change your order. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

  • Cancellations: Our team can assist with cancellations before shipping; refunds for cancelled orders are typically issued as store credit for future use.
