Biofirmus Performance Labs is dedicated to providing efficient, reliable, and discreet shipping services to our global client base. We understand the importance of timely delivery for your research protocols.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT+2) may be processed the following business day.

Weekend Operations: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.
2. Discreet "Stealth" Packaging
We take your privacy seriously. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

There are no logos, product names, or sensitive descriptions on the exterior of the box.

The shipping label will display a generic sender name (e.g., "BPL Fulfillment" or "Logistics Dept") to ensure complete discretion.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your products and your destination country.

Delivery Times: Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Carrier Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
4. International Shipping & Customs
Biofirmus ships worldwide. However, as the importer of record, the customer is responsible for knowing the regulations of their destination country.

Customs Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Biofirmus is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Customs Seizures: While our success rate is over 99% due to our discreet packaging methods, we cannot guarantee clearance in countries with strict import laws. If a package is returned to us by customs, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs. If a package is destroyed by customs, Biofirmus is not liable for a refund.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Biofirmus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Marked as Delivered: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We cannot replace orders that are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Biofirmus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee will apply.
